What is an ISBN number?
The International Standard Book Number (ISBN) is a 13-digit number that uniquely identifies books and book-like products published internationally.
What is the purpose of an ISBN?
The purpose of the ISBN is to establish and identify one title or edition of a title from one specific publisher and is unique to that edition, allowing for more efficient marketing of products by booksellers, libraries, universities, wholesalers and distributors.
How can I search for a specific book(s)?
You can use the Defined Search functionality when searching for a specific title. Should you be searching for various titles you can cut and paste the associated ISBN’s in the field directly below Multiple ISBN Search. Please contact us should you not be able to locate a specific item.
How do I browse for books?
You can browse for books by clicking on Browse by Subject. Select the category that you are interested in viewing.
What should I do if I cant find what Im looking for?
You can contact us for assistance should you have difficulty locating a specific title.
How do you define a bulk order?
A bulk order can be defined as
ten or more
copies of the
same item

Who qualifies for bulk discount?
Any client who purchases ten or more copies of the same title qualifies for a bulk order discount.
How do I submit a bulk order request?
The following procedure should be followed for obtaining a bulk order request quote:
• Identify the title that you need a bulk request quote on by means of the defined search function
• Click on “Add To Bulk Order Cart”
• Amend the quantity that you require
• Click “Request Quote”
A sales representative will contact you within 48 hours to verify your details and bulk order requirements.
How does your shopping cart work?
The following procedure should be followed for purchasing a specific title:
• Identify the title that you want to buy
• Click on “Add To Shopping Cart”
• Click on “Checkout”
Do you accept international orders?
Yes we do!
Overseas customers must pay in advance with a Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Diners Club) or with an interbank transfer. The administrative costs associated with an interbank transfer will be for the client’s account. My Supplier can also raise a proforma invoice for you should you wish. Please contact us to assist you in this regard. Proforma invoices must be paid in full before any items are shipped.
Purchases made by overseas clients are sent by airmail. Please note that once the parcel enters the postal system, it cannot be traced. Delivery may take up to three weeks. Any additional costs (taxes & custom duties) are for the account of the client.
Contact us should you require a shipment to be sent by courier.

My Supplier accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Diners Club as payment methods. During the Checkout procedure you will be required to furnish us with your initials, surname, credit card billing address, credit card number, expiration date and CCV number.
• Direct Deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
You may elect to pay by direct deposit or electronic fund transfer during the checkout procedure. Please select “Direct Deposit / EFT” payment option. You will receive a system notification of your order as well as our banking details. Please use your unique order number as reference when making a deposit into our account.

My Supplier offers account facilities for corporations, government departments, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations that purchase large volumes of books annually. We offer attractive discounts and favorable payments options.

When do you bill my credit card?
We will bill your credit card when your order is placed with us. We will reimburse you should we be unable to fulfill your order.
How secure is your ordering system?
Information supplied by customers is strictly confidential and will under no circumstances be shared with third parties. Your personal details are kept secure during transmission through the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software which encrypts your information. We furthermore do not store your credit card information. You will be required to enter your credit card details each time you make a purchase on this site.
What shipment methods do you use?
My Supplier makes provision for the following dispatch methods:
• Ordinary Post (Counter to Counter)
All purchases made on My Supplier’s website will be sent free of charge with ordinary post to your postal or physical address. You may collect your parcel (after notification of receipt) from your local post office within five working days from date of dispatch. You will be issued with a tracking number to trace the whereabouts of your parcel. To trace your parcel, please call 0860111502 or alternative visit the following website: www.sapo.co.za.
• Overnight Express Courier
Purchased items are delivered by the next day from date of dispatch to main centres. The cost for the delivery service will be added on to you basket total.
• Express Road Courier
Purchased items are delivered within 24 – 48 hours from date of dispatch to main centres. The cost for the delivery service will be added on to you basket total.
• Economy Freight
Purchased items are delivered within 48 – 72 hours from date of dispatch to main centres. Clients buying in bulk should exercise this option should they wish to not receive their items by post. The cost for the delivery service will be added on to you basket total.
Do you accept returns?
Yes we do! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us for a full refund. The item must be in the same condition as you have received it and must be returned to us within 15 days of receiving it.

How do I register to use this site?
Registering an account with My Supplier is easy and hassle free. After adding items to your shopping cart you will be directed to the checkout screen. During this process you will be prompted to open an account by supplying us with your personal details, such as your name & surname, delivery address, telephone number, fax number etc. The initial registration process will enable you to shop and check out faster with your next visit. You will furthermore be able to view your sales history after successful registration.
Upon successfull completion of the registration process click "Check Out" to complete the transaction.
How do I retrieve my password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it by entering your email address at the “Retrieve Password” section. An email will be sent to your email address with your login and password.
How do I view my order history?
You can view your order history by clicking on "My Account". Proceed to "View all orders I have made". Your orders are arranged chronologically. To get a brief description on a specific order, click on "Reference no". For a detailed description click on "View Order".
How do I update my account?
You can update your personal details at any stage at the “My Account” section.
What is a voucher?
My Supplier may issue promotional vouchers from time to time to customers. These vouchers may take on the form of a fixed discount on purchases or a fixed monetary value. A voucher will be valid for a specific time period and can be redeemed during the checkout procedure. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or assigned or transferred to a third party.
How can I calculate my delivery time?
You can calculate when an item will be delivered by adding the dispatch time displayed with each product (for example “Dispatched within 5 working days”) plus the number of days your chosen dispatch method will take. In the case of dispatch by courier, the item will reach you in 6 working days. With ordinary post the item will reach you within 10 working days.
Can I track my order?
My Supplier will send you an email to notify you that your parcel has been dispatched. This email will contain a unique tracking number. To track a parcel send by courier please visit www.bercoexpress.co.za and locate the specific item by clicking on the “Track and Trace” menu bar on the left-hand side. An item sent by normal post can be traced by calling 0860111502 and quoting your unique tracking number. Alternatively you can track a parcel by visiting the following website: www.sapo.co.za. Please contact My Supplier should you encounter any problems with the tracking of your parcel.
